Intellectual Property & Technical Literature
All digital assets on this portal—including technical datasheets, CAD dimensional drawings, pressure drop curves, product trademarks (Flow Max, STERIPRO, Pure Bond, Charge-Plus, MAX-FLO), and engineering copy—are the exclusive intellectual property of Trinity Filtration Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized duplication or scraping for commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
Technical Sizing & Commercial Quotations
Online sizing calculators, flow guidelines, and micron rating tables serve as preliminary sizing references. Final pricing, manufacturing schedules, and vessel fabrication drawings are confirmed exclusively through formal, written Technical & Commercial Proposals executed by authorized sales representatives.
Manufacturing Standards & Quality Warranty
Trinity Filtration certifies that all products are manufactured under certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management procedures. Pressure vessels conform to ASME Section VIII Div 1 standards where stated, and biopharma membrane media comply with FDA CFR Title 21 and USP Class VI biological reactivity protocols.
Quality Guarantee: All equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under specified operating parameters. Plant operators are responsible for confirming chemical compatibility with aggressive process reagents prior to installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, Trinity Filtration shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operation exceeding certified design temperatures, pressures, or fluid limits.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
